Several years ago a friend surprised me with this miniature hammer, to be used as needed around the house.  Little did she know it would become my official ice-cracking tool for the birdbath in the winter.

Now THESE are turkeys… just look at those personalities and attitudes!  (It’s clear that not one of them is planning on being the main course on the Thanksgiving menu.)  I love looking through the eyes of a preschooler.

Each year the preschool at our church celebrates Thanksgiving with a program and luncheon for the kids and their families. The teachers go all out helping little hands color and glue the festive table decorations.  I love sneaking a peek at their work.
