My favorite nature center supports a unity garden.  Fencing surrounds the perimeter to keep the critters out.  Surprisingly, hefty sunflower heads dangle from ribbons attached to the posts.  I’m sure that the waving decor is meant to deter curious wildlife, but I’ll bet the birds love the available seeds.

I’ve heard about these miniature lending libraries, but I’ve never seen one before.  H and I encountered this one while strolling through downtown Roswell the other evening.  What a cool idea!

It’s daffodil season at Gibbs Gardens in North Georgia. Millions of flowers carpet the rolling hills of the estate, signaling the beginning of Spring.
