When I was a kid we used to dress our bikes up with plastic streamers in the handlebars, but in New Orleans they take things to the next level.

I remember using a clothes pin hanger to attach a playing card to the spokes that made noise when you were riding. Those were the simple days.
Exactly! We did the same thing. That sound of the cards flapping was great!!
