I have always been a huge fan of carrots… they’re tasty, nutritious, colorful, and intriguingly shaped. Imagine my surprise when I found these variations this past weekend — I had no idea that they came in such gorgeous colors. I feel like I’ve hit the mother lode!

I’ve seen the different colors of carrots on the Food Network but have never seen them in the grocery store. I hope they taste as good as they look!

They tasted like regular carrots, maybe a tad sweeter and lighter… or maybe it was just my imagination because I knew they were different. 🙂
