Frightening Fashion Friday: Party Hardy

Now THIS is a birthday party (my seventh)… simple fun, homemade cake, and great hats.  I love the look of excitement on my face at the prospect of blowing out those candles. (My sister L appears to be a bit squirmy, though.)
